RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on unworn & unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We offer 100% credit, refunds or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods - excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Discount codes, promotional offers and special promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Only one discount or promotional offer maybe applied per order. MLdeM reserves the right to exclude selected items, collections or limited time offers from discount eligibilty.
Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We are unable to accept any garments that have been worn or returned in a soiled or crushed condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards Merchandise must be in its original condition and folded as best you can, items received on return which need pressing, refolding, or repackaging will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit where you have simply changed your mind after purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- selecting the wrong size;
- deciding that the colour or print is not suitable;
- deciding that the style is not suitable;
- finding that the garment does not fit as expected when the size ordered was correct;
- deciding that you no longer want the item;
- finding the item at a lower price elsewhere; or
- purchasing an item and subsequently changing your mind.
Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to reverse the sale or accept a change-of-mind return.
Product Photography, Colour & Appearance
We take great care to present our garments as accurately as possible through professional photography and detailed product descriptions.
Our product photographs are created using professional lighting and photographic equipment and may undergo standard image editing and colour correction to accurately present the garment and maintain the visual quality of our website. As a result, the appearance of a garment may vary slightly depending on the lighting conditions in which the photograph is viewed and the colour, brightness and settings of your individual device or screen.
Minor variations in colour, tone, texture or appearance resulting from photography, lighting or individual screen settings do not constitute a product fault or a change to the garment described.
We recommend considering the written product description, garment details and available photographs together when making your purchasing decision.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our photographs and descriptions accurately represent the garments offered for sale. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a garment does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
